Judge Connelly and Judge Black's Appearances by Telephone *Updated*
Thursday, June 14, 2018
All requests to appear telephonically must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the hearing, absent extraordinary circumstances.  Resolution of a routine docket matter less than 24 hours prior to the hearing or mere travel distance are not extraordinary circumstances.  The fact that an attorney is scheduled to be in court in another location at the same time is also generally not an extraordinary circumstance. Please call Chambers or the appropriate courtroom deputy for approval to appear telephonically.
As a reminder, attorneys must use a dedicated land line while appearing by telephone through Court Solutions. Cell phone use is not permitted.
If approved to appear for a hearing by telephone before Judge Connelly or Judge Black, you will need to follow the new instructions below to be able to appear.
