Effective: December 1, 2014

(1) That all cases and associated adversary proceedings pending and thereinafter filed in
the Harrisonburg, and Charlottesville divisions as well as all chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases filed in
the Lynchburg division of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of
Virginia shall be assigned to Judge Rebecca B. Connelly.

(2) That all cases and associated adversary proceedings pending and thereinafter filed in
the Roanoke, Big Stone Gap, Abingdon, and Danville divisions of the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the Western District of Virginia as well as all chapter l l cases filed in the Lynchburg
division shall be assigned to Judge Paul M. Black.
