If there is a lapse in federal funding (federal government shutdown) at midnight on December 20, 2024, the Court will remain open and its ordinary operations will continue on December 23, 2024, and thereafter. Currently the Court has sufficient funding to maintain its regular operations, including all scheduled hearings, through January 10, 2025. More information will follow as we get closer to January 10th.
