In re Bruzgul (Case No. 05-71801) 07/12/2007

The Court denied (without prejudice to any rights the debtor may have under non-bankruptcy law) the debtor's objection to a creditor's claims because the debtor failed to provide sufficient evidence to rebut the presumption of validity accorded to the creditor's properly filed claims by 11 U.S.C. § 502(a) and Bankruptcy Rule 3001(f).
