The debtor had two cases pending, which were dismissed under sections other than 11 U.S.C. § 707(b), in the one-year period preceding the filing of the debtor’s petition.  A party in interest moved for entry of an order that no stay was in effect.  The court granted the motion by virtue of 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(4)(A).
