Due to area road conditions, particularly in neighborhoods, being difficult to travel on as a result of the recent storm, the public counters for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia will be closed on January 28, 2026. Deputy clerks will be teleworking and available by email and phone. Additionally, Judge Connelly’s hearings by video will be held as scheduled.
