On January 6, 2025, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia will be physically closed to the public district-wide due to inclement weather and the possibility of power outages; however, clerk’s office employees will be teleworking during normal business hours and will be available by phone. Most hearings on January 6th will be re-scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m., and will be conducted by Zoom.
