The Court’s CM/ECF program experienced a nation-wide disruption to the delivery of Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs) beginning Monday, January 20, 2025 to Wednesday, January 22, 2025, including NEFs setting hearings and deadlines. During this time, not all NEFs were successfully delivered to all intended recipients. We have now received notice that the issue has been resolved.
To ensure successful delivery of the NEFs, the Court will regenerate all NEFs for the impacted period at some point today. Please review the body of the NEF to determine the time and date of the original filing. If you receive a duplicate NEF, no action is necessary.
