After March 14, 2025, the bankruptcy clerk’s office will no longer maintain a public counter at the Lynchburg courthouse. All Lynchburg deputy clerks will relocate to the Roanoke clerk’s office. Any mail for the Lynchburg clerk’s office should be sent to the following address: U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 210 Church Avenue, Room 200, Roanoke, VA 24011. The bankruptcy judges will continue to hold hearings in the bankruptcy courtroom at the Lynchburg courthouse.
