Court allowed plaintiff to amend complaint to correct misnomer, notwithstanding the passage of the 60 day amendment period as stated in Bankruptcy Rule 4007, pursuant to the provisions of Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7015 which states that leave to amend should be liberally granted.
