The court held that a judicial lien on debtor's residential property is partially avoidable under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f) because the sum of the lien, a prior judicial lien, and the exemption under Va. Code § 34-4 for debtor's residential property exceeds the value of debtor's interest in the property if there were no liens, but such excess is not more than the value of the judicial lien.
