The Court sustained the debtors' objection and disallowed a creditor's claim, which attempted to amend the creditor's prior claim in order to provide a higher amount of pre-petition arrearage, because the debtors' confirmed Chapter 13 plan provides for the debtors to cure existing pre- and post-petition arrears and thus limits the creditor's arrearage claim under 11 U.S.C. § 1327(a).
