The court held that debtor's discharge injunction under 11 U.S.C.§ 524(a)(2) enjoins a creditor holding a dischargeable claim from commencing acts to collect any unpaid portion thereof from the debtor, rather than from the debtor's non-filing spouse who may also be liable for the debt.
