Court granted debtor's motion to extend automatic stay under section 362 until date of confirmation hearing. Dismissal of prior case was result of factors beyond debtor's control, specifically loss of employment during the prior case followed by a period of unemployment.  Present case filed in good faith and presumption of bad faith under section 362(c)(3)(C) not applicable.
