In re Kirby (Case No. 07-71495) 01/13/09

Debtor objected to two proofs of claim pursuant to Rule 3001(c).  Debtor failed to provide evidence that the proof of claim failed to conform with Rule 3001(c). The Court concluded by the preponderance of the evidence that the Debtor’s second claim was substantially correct and that the Debtor’s objection to the same ought to be denied.
