The Court denied the debtor's application for discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 1328(b) because the debtor failed to offer evidence that modification of the debtor's Chapter 13 plan is not possible under 11 U.S.C. § 1328(b)(3), despite the debtor's assertion that debtor's income is sufficient, at best, only to meet debtor's essential living expenses.
