The Court, under 11 U.S.C. § 330 and 11 U.S.C. § 326(a), granted the Chapter 7 trustee's application for compensation and reimbursement of expenses for a certain amount and held that requested compensation in excess of 10% of the funds which actually passed through the Chapter 7 trustee's account was excessive.
