Smith v. Fauquier Bank (In re Smith) (Case No. 10-62948; A.P. No. 11-06002) 04/13/2011

            The debtor filed a motion under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f), but she incorrectly applied the statutory formula.  The Court applied the formula and avoided the lien to the actual extent it impaired the debtor’s exemption.
