NOTICE – On October 20, 2025, the Judiciary entered Phase 2 of the federal government’s lapse in appropriations (shutdown). As a result, the Court is authorized to perform Excepted Activities only. It has also had to furlough clerk’s office staff. We will not be able to respond to any inquiries sent to the helpdesk until the lapse in appropriations is resolved and normal operations resume.
