Beginning with the June 2, 2025 Roanoke Chapter 13 docket and continuing until further notice, all Chapter 13 hearings in Roanoke cases will be held in person at 10:00 a.m. in the Roanoke courtroom. There will no longer be separate 9:30 a.m. confirmation and 11:00 a.m. miscellaneous hearing dockets. Please set all hearings for Roanoke Chapter 13 matters at 10:00 a.m., regardless of the motion type. The hearing times for the Roanoke Chapter 7, Abingdon and Danville court dockets remain unchanged.
