ATTENTION ALL DEBTOR AND CREDITOR ATTORNEYS:

The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual section 341 meetings of creditors for all chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases filed in Western District of Virginia.

All attorneys and staff are invited to join one of the U.S. Trustee's Info Sessions on the rollout of Zoom section 341 Meetings scheduled for Monday, September 25, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. and Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. The information sessions will be conducted by Teams and are open to everyone and will cover a variety of topics including:

• Connecting to a Zoom Meeting,
• Participating in a Virtual meeting,
• Requirements for Verifying Debtors' ID, and more.

Please RSVP by emailing your name, email address, and which Western District of Virginia session you will be attending, along with the name, email address, and session date for each additional person attending to USTPRegion04.GB.ECF@USDOJ.GOV by Friday, September 15, 2023. The U.S. Trustee will follow up with further instructions.
